An AI agent scoped to one workspace: it reads and writes your pages, searches the web, and asks before it publishes or deletes. Budgets are per workspace, so spend never surprises you.
Forms with webhooks
Build a form in a drag-and-drop designer, publish it on a link or your domain, and get every response by email and by signed webhook, with a delivery log.
Publish on your domain
Publish a collection as a docs site or a form on a custom domain. Certificates are handled for you.
MCP, with OAuth
Connect claude.ai, ChatGPT or any MCP client to a workspace. Sign in once, pick the workspace, done. Tokens for scripts too.
Bring your files
Attach PDF, Word and Excel files to a chat and the agent works from their contents. Uploads live in your workspace's storage.

An internal wiki and public docs, from one place.
Collections keep internal notes private and publish the ones that shouldn't be, on your own domain. Forms collect feedback with webhooks to wherever you work. Connect claude.ai or any MCP client and your docs become something an assistant can read and write.
How it runs
Hosted by us, in your own workspace
NoteMaker runs as a hosted service at app.thenotemaker.com. Each customer gets their own workspaces, storage and AI budget, separated from everyone else's. Sign-in supports email and password with two-factor authentication, and Google, Microsoft or GitHub where enabled.
